Please complete all fillable areas of the form, print, sign, scan and email to email@example.com or you may mail/hand deliver the form to the Administration Building at 2501 S. Main, Stuttgart. As a reminder forms are due no later than May 1. Please read the information below to ensure you are following all the requirements.
Parents must submit school choice applications to both the resident and nonresident school district. The application must be postmarked no later than May 1 of the calendar year in which the student seeks to begin the fall semester at the nonresident district. Please submit all applications to the office of the Superintendent at 2501 S. Main Stuttgart, AR. Applications received after May 1 for the current year will not be reviewed.
