Pre-K Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Only Pre-K students can arrive and dismiss through the Pre-K doors. The Pre-K doors are on the NW corner of the building off of 11th St.

Pre-K students must be signed in and out daily by an approved guardian.

Arrival time: 7:50

Dismissal: 2:20-2:40

Please pick up your student on time each day.

Keep the lane closest to the school open for the buses.

Arrival Procedures K-4 for Car Riders

Kindergarten Arrival:

Kindergarten students are dropped off at the kindergarten doors from 7:40-8:00. See the map.

1st Grade Arrival:

1st-grade students are dropped off at the 1st-grade doors from 7:40-8:00. See the map.

2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, and 4th Grade Arrival:

2-4 Grade students may be dropped off in the front of the building using any lane from 7:40-8:00. Please watch the crossing guards closely when in the drop-off zone. When using the two lanes closest to the building, please exit onto 13th St. When using the lane closest to the parking lot, please exit onto Park Avenue.

*K-4th-grade students are tardy after 8:00 and must be signed into the front office by a guardian.

Dismissal Procedures: K-4

Bus student dismiss at 2:55

Walkers dismiss at 2:55 at the back of the building.

Siblings will be dismissed at the same time and location as the youngest sibling. This does not include Pre-K.

Kindergarten Dismissal:

Dismissal is at 2:55. Teachers will inform parents if the students will be in the 1st or 2nd pick-up location on the back side of the building.

1st-Grade and 2nd-Grade Dismissal:

Dismissal is at 2:55 in the front of the building.

1st Grade uses the lane closest to the building.

2nd Grade uses the lane closest to the parking lot.

3rd and 4th Grade Dismissal:

Dismissal is at 3:05 in the front of the building.

3rd Grade will use the 1st two lanes closest to the building and exit onto 13th St.

4th Grade will use the lane closest to the parking lot and exit onto Park Avenue.

  Procedimientos de llegada y salida de prekínder 

  • Solo los estudiantes de Pre-K pueden llegar y salir por las puertas de Pre-K. Las puertas de Pre-K están en la esquina noroeste del edificio en 11th St.

  Llegada al Kindergarten:

  • Los estudiantes de 2do a 4to grado pueden dejarse en el frente del edificio usando cualquier carril de 7:40 a 8:00. Observe atentamente a los guardias de cruce cuando se encuentre en la zona de descenso. Cuando utilice los dos carriles más cercanos al edificio, salga por 13th St. Cuando utilice el carril más cercano al estacionamiento, salga por Park Avenue. 

  
  

  *Los estudiantes de K-4to grado llegan tarde después de las 8:00 y un tutor debe firmar en la oficina principal..

  • Salida del estudiante en autobús a las 2:55

  • Los caminantes salen a las 2:55 en la parte trasera del edificio.

  • Los hermanos saldrán a la misma hora y lugar que el hermano menor. Esto no incluye Pre-K. 

  • Salida de Kindergarten:

  • La salida es a las 2:55. Los maestros informarán a los padres si los estudiantes estarán en el primer o segundo lugar de recogida en la parte trasera del edificio. 

  
  

  Salida de 1er y 2do grado:

  • La salida es a las 2:55 en el frente del edificio. 

  • 1er grado usa el carril más cercano al edificio.

  • 2do grado usa el carril más cercano al estacionamiento. 

  
  

  Salida de 3er y 4to Grado:

  • La salida es a las 3:05 en el frente del edificio.

  • 3er grado utilizará los primeros dos carriles más cercanos al edificio y saldrá hacia 13th St.

  • 4to grado usará el carril más cercano al estacionamiento y saldrá hacia Park Avenue.
