Stuttgart School District is accepting RFP’s (Request for Proposals) for lease on district wide copiers and maintenance. Sealed RFP’s must be submitted to 2501 S. Main Stuttgart, AR 72160. The deadline to submit an RFP is 2:00 p.m. on March 14, 2024.
Documents received after the deadline will not be considered. RFP’s will be opened at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Stuttgart School District Administration Office, 2501 S. Main Street Stuttgart, AR 72160. Specifications may be obtained by emailing sharon.mayville@stuttgartschools.org with the subject line of Copier RFP. Stuttgart School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received due to previous purchase history, price, quality of items and references.
