BID INSTRUCTIONS AND CONDITIONS

Stuttgart School District is inviting distributors to submit bids in response to this solicitation

Bids for Prime Vender to Stuttgart School District during 2026-2027 school year, as specified below, will

be accepted beginning May 7, 2026 until May 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.

All bids shall be submitted on the prepared proposal blank included in the district’s bid packet and

addressed to: Jessica Millerd, 2501 S. Main St., 870-673-8701, jessica.millerd@stuttgartschools.org and

marked PRIME VENDOR BID. (an electronic copy will be required and requested)

Bids will be opened on May 28, 2026 at noon. Bids are expected to be submitted for board approval

on June 9, 2026. The child nutrition director will notify vendors of the awarded bids on June 11, 2026.

Bids awarded will be determined by the lowest and best quote based upon Price, Delivery Times,

Quality, Availability. The following criteria will be used to award the bid:

1. Price (25 pts.) 2. Service (20 pts.) 3. Delivery Time Frames (20 pts.) 4. Quality (20 pts.) 5. Availability

(15 pts.)

This is a line item bid. Please provide all required information including a bid price on each item you

would like to bid, please no more than 10 no bid items. All pricing submitted will be firm and fixed for

the entire calendar year of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with the exception of an opportunity

for the Vendor to request an escalation of pricing as described in ESCALATING/DEESCALATING PRICE

CAUSE section.
