Congratulations to The Stuttgart Ricemen, which are all Stuttgart High School baseball players, on winning The American Legion Regional Tournament in Benton this week! They have earned a spot in the Elite Eight and are headed to the Finals in Hot Springs starting Monday, July 15th!!
