It's game day! Coming off a third-place finish at First Tee on Tuesday, the Ricebird golf team travels to White Hall for a 3:30 p.m. matchup this afternoon. The Junior Ricebird football team will host White Hall for a scrimmage at 6:30 p.m. tonight at Ned Moseley Stadium.

Physical science students went on a scavenger hunt for lab equipment today! #fortheloveofscience
Ninth graders worked on trust and communication in English! Students worked in groups to complete a puzzle. However, the only student who could touch the puzzle pieces was blindfolded. Everyone agreed that calm voices and clear instructions were the best method for collaboration!

Ricebird athletics have officially begun for the 2022-23 school year! The Ricebird golf team opened its season Thursday afternoon at the Stuttgart Country Club. Fans got their first look at the football Birds and cheer squads during the annual Ricebird Kickoff Thursday night at Ned Moseley Stadium.

We’re ready to welcome our families for Open House!
Parents may enter through the front entrance or through the gym if you are attending orientation.
Families are invited to tour the building and meet staff from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Ninth and tenth grade orientation will be held in the SHS gym from 5:00-5:30 p.m. followed by 11th and 12th grade orientation from 5:30-6:00 p.m. Orientation is not required.
